The Geospatial extension adds the Geospatial tab to the User Properties dialog.

This tab contains one setting, This user is a Geospatial Administrator. Turn this setting on if you want the user to be a geospatial administrator.

A geospatial administrator can modify the spatial locations of documents and folders, whereas normal users can only display them.

By default, only the ProjectWise administrator account has this setting enabled.
